As an "emerging dabbler" Patti enjoys painting with the Kelowna Painters' Studio at the Rotary Art Centre and with the benefit of good light at home on the kitchen counter!
The relationship of colour, shape, and texture have always intrigued her and prompted her to start her art journey working in watercolour - only to discover the most wonderful "Zen" experience of artistic creation. Travel and gardening prompted her to become more confident working in acrylics, tissue collage, and mixed media.

Patti has enjoyed the knowledge and inspiration of a number of local artist instructors over the years expecially Tove Sorensen and has recently participated in several workshops with well known Western Canadian artists.
