Bonnie Anderson
                        multi-media painter and potter

Bonnie Anderson, owner of Potter's Addict Ceramic Art Centre, studied at the University of Calgary where she triple majored in painting, printmaking and ceramics.  From 1986 until 1990, she worked as a Ceramic Arts Instructor and Painting instructor for the City of Calgary.

In 1990 the lure of the Okanagan brought Bonnie to Kelowna with the dream of establishing a ceramic arts centre.  Since then, she has been teaching pottery to children, youths, adults and seniors in her studio, called The Potter's Addict.  She is also an active member of the Okanagan Potters Association.  Bonnie's love of clay is most vividly shown in her hand-built female clay creations which are finished using the ancient method of Raku firing.

Bonnie has a thorough knowledge of potting, painting and printing techniques.  Paint media such as watercolour, oil, and acrylics along with woodblock, intaglio, silkscreen, lithography and photography techniques all showcase her amazing talents.
